Great location near Akihabara made it easy to explore the city. The 14th-floor views during the complimentary ramen and sake were fantastic! Breakfast had a solid selection, but I did notice the one elevator was broken, which caused some delays. Room size was decent, though the mini fridge was a bit too small to really be useful. Staff were courteous and attentive, particularly in helping with my travel plans and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. Overall, love the vibe but some amenities could use tweaking.

Great food but busy elevator
The breakfast spread was delightful, featuring a variety of options that made starting each day a pleasure. The staff were genuinely helpful, and always ready to assist, making us feel welcome.
One of the elevators was out of service during our stay, resulting in long waits, especially during breakfast hours when guests crowded the lobby on the 14th floor. This made mornings a bit chaotic.
